JRC uses a rank system as follows:
 
 
 
Ranks in ascending order, with their powers and responsibilities:

    Enlisted Ranks
  • Recruit (Rct.) - probationary member, learn and follow Jrc rules
  • Private (Pvt.) - first rank for full member of Jrc, be active on forums and keep up with clan activities
  • Private First Class (Pfc.) - be active on forums and keep up with clan activities
  • Specialist (Spc.) - must be active in company activities (scrimmages, practices)
  • Corporal (Cpl.) - begin developing leadership, help initiate new recruits

    Enlisted Ranks - Sergeants
  • Sergeant (Sgt.) - maintain high level of activity in company activities, provide leadership for new recruits
  • Staff Sergeant (SSgt.) - be active in the company, continue to develop leadership
  • Sergeant First Class (SFC) - provide leadership in ladder matches and to lower ranks
  • Master Sergeant (MSgt.) - permitted to recruit 1 recruit a week continue to provide leadership in preparation for officer positions
  • Sergeant Major (Sgt.M) - permitted to recruit 3 recruit a week; in preparation and training for officer positions, provides leadership for all enlisted ranks

    Warrant Officers
  • Warrant Officer (WO1) - first rank with full recruitment responsibilities
  • Chief Warrant Officer 2 (CW2) - responsible for recruitment; in training for company staff positions
  • Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) - responsible for recruitment; in training for company staff positions
  • Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CW4) - responsible for recruitment; in training for company staff positions

    Junior Officers
  • 2nd Lieutenant (2ndLt.) - most junior officer rank, oversees recruitment activities of WO ranks; oversees enlisted men
  • 1st Lieutenant (1stLt.) - junior officer, same activities as 2ndLt. but being developed for a higher level of leadership; learning to run ladder activities
  • Captain (Capt.) - responsible for leadership of ladder activities and training

    Senior Company Officers
  • Major (Maj.) - senior staffer; administrate servers, oversees ladder activity for company
  • Lieutenant Colonel (Lt.Col.) - Executive Officer (XO) of Company; responsible for leading the company, backing up CO in all his activities
  • Colonel (Col.) - Commanding Officer (CO) of Company; responsible for keeping up members' ranks, last word on recruitment, ladder activity, responsible for relations with other clans in their game; responsible for discipline within his company; relay to HQ for his company

    Generals - Headquarters
  • Brigadier General (B.Gen.) - oversees all clan activities, provide a gateway for chain of command to report to HQ
  • Major General (M.Gen.) - oversees all clan activities, provide a gateway for chain of command to report to HQ
  • Lieutenant General (Lt.Gen.) - Executive Officer (XO) of Jrc; responsible for leadership of clan, overall command of the clan and all its activities, in command in absence of CO
  • General (Gen.) - Commanding Officer (CO) of Jrc; overall leader of Jrc, ultimate responsibility for all clan activities, has ultimate authority over all Jrc activities and decisions.
